Inoltre due anni fa in Francia il proprietario di una pensione mi ha tamponato, quindi sono stata costretta a fare un preventivo a Lorient Francia 1100 euro!! preventivo Mercuri 250 euro!!!!. Questo dice tutto. Excellent experience, following a rear-end collision I took my Skoda Fabia car to this body shop and everything went very well indeed. Also two years ago in France the owner of a pension hit me, so I was forced to make a quote to Lorient France 1100 euros !! Mercuri estimate 250 euros !!!!. This says it all.

Ho subito accettato il preventivo, senza nessuna contestazione, ma ho PIÙ VOLTE richiesto, anticipatamente, puntualità nella consegna. Consegna fatta con oltre una settimana di ritardo! La sua mancanza di professionalità è imbarazzante! Totally unreliable, does not respect the commitments made in the least, presenting absurd excuses. Una volta saputo l'importo richiesto (e prima di effettuare il lavoro), non hanno permesso di riprendere l'auto per farla riparare altrove. Officina caldamente sconsigliata. Ha sostituito il pezzo ma il problema non era l'alzacristalli ma una lamierina piegata all'interno dello sportello pagato 145 euro. Quando sono andato a ritirare l'auto ho provato l'alzacristalli riparato ma non funzionava, perché all'auto era stata data una sportellata che aveva compromesso di nuovo il funzionamento del l'alzacristalli. La cosa assurda è che loro pur avendo ammesso che dopo la sostituzione tutto era a posto non hanno ammesso che il danno dopo la riparazione fosse colpa Loro. Trovo poco professionale fare diagnosi dei danni senza fare una opportuna verifica del problema. Tanto peggio non ammettere colpe evidenti. Poco cordiali e colei che si definisce "moglie di renato", parla senza sapere le cose e spara cifre senza un motivo, senza guardare i prezzi. Parla senza intendersene. Per fare un preventivo ti bloccano la macchina, smontandola tutta in modo che non te la puoi riportare via se non ti va bene il preventivo. Inutile dire che l'esperienza è più che negativa. Portatela altrove e non da renato mercuri, anche perché i pezzi non puoi prenderteli da solo e pagargli solo la manodopera, perché magari un pezzo costa 20€ te lo valuta 100!!! Mi dissero che avrebbero dovuto verniciare tutto il paraurti invece ne hanno verniciato metà! Prezzo altissimo.
