Vado la mattina di martedì per farmi fare un preventivo che accetto. Nel pomeriggio ci accordiamo per portare la macchina il martedì successivo ed avere la macchina di cortesia. Al titolare ho specificato più volte che avevo bisogno dell'auto entro Giovedì sera. Martedì mattina presto, mi reco in carrozzeria ma una volta giunto sul posto mi dicono che la macchina di cortesia non c'è. Alla mia irritazione, mi dicono di richiamare alle 17. Chiamo e mi dicono di venire l'indomani. Il giorno seguente mi ripresento e mi dicono che son senza elettricità e che non avrebbero comunque mai fatto in tempo a consegnarmi la macchina ( non potevano dirmelo il giorno precedente???) . Me ne vado, senza lavoro eseguito e con enorme perdita di tempo. Riassunto: mancanza di correttezza e professionalità. Evitateli!

I go on Tuesday morning to get a quote I accept. In the afternoon we agree to bring the car the following Tuesday and have the courtesy car. I specified to the owner several times that I needed the car by Thursday evening. Early Tuesday morning, I go into the body shop but once I get there I am told that the courtesy car is not there. To my irritation, they tell me to call back at 17. I call and they tell me to come the next day. The next day I recur and tell me that I am without electricity and that in any case they would never have had time to deliver the car to me (could they not tell me the day before ???). I'm leaving, with no work done and with a huge waste of time. Summary: lack of fairness and professionalism. Avoid them!
