Mi ha spiegato gli interventi che avrebbe fatto indicando quelli più critici e in base a questo mi ha fatto un preventivo poi confermato al consuntivo senza sorprese. La qualità e la professionalità sono elevate il tutto gestito in modo cordiale. C’è anche il servizio con la macchina sostitutiva sempre pulita ed igienizzata. Molto bravi.
Gianluca was perfect. He explained to me the interventions he would have made, indicating the most critical ones and based on this he made me an estimate which was then confirmed in the final balance without surprises. The quality and professionalism are high, all managed in a cordial way. There is also the service with the replacement machine always clean and sanitized. Very good.
