Già li conoscevo in quanto carrozzeria fiduciaria di molte compagnie assicurative fra le quali la mia, nonché di Autostar, dove, appunto, 2 mesi fa, ho acquistato la mia macchina, quindi posso dire che mi sono recato da loro a occhi chiusi. Con grandissima felicità mi son reso conto che il loro servizio è stato ottimo! Non ho dovuto far altro che mostrare il danno e presentare la constatazione amichevole, al resto ci ha pensato Erik e il suo team! Nessuna seccatura, nessun contrattempo nonostante il sinistro non ricadesse in regime di indennizzo diretto; in tempi velocissimi, il veicolo è stato periziato e riparato a regola d’arte! Erik si è addirittura prodigato di farmi accompagnare a casa da uno dei suoi autisti dei carri, peraltro molto simpatico e gentilissimo! E, alla riconsegna della macchina, l’ho trovata ovviamente riparata come nuova ma, soprattutto, tirata a lucido!! Sia dentro che fuori la macchina era perfettamente pulita, ruote comprese, come appena ritirata dal salone e forse anche meglio! Sono rimasto senza parole … gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità ai massimi livelli!! È chiaro che uno non si augura di ripassare spesso in carrozzeria ma dovesse succedere saprò che da Knez verrò trattato con i guanti bianchi. Bravi ragazzi, davvero complimenti e grazie infinite!!! I needed Carrozzeria Knez following a trivial accident that happened to my car. Well, what can I say, they were fantastic! I already knew them as the fiduciary bodywork of many insurance companies including mine, as well as Autostar, where, precisely, 2 months ago, I bought my car, so I can say that I went to them with my eyes closed. With great happiness I realized that their service was excellent! All I had to do was show the damage and present the friendly finding, Erik and his team took care of the rest! No hassle, no setbacks despite the fact that the accident did not fall under the direct compensation scheme; in a very short time, the vehicle was appraised and repaired in a workmanlike manner! Erik even went out of his way to have one of his wagon drivers take me home, who was also very nice and very kind! And, upon returning the car, I obviously found it repaired as new but, above all, polished !! Inside and out the car was perfectly clean, wheels included, as if it had just been withdrawn from the saloon and perhaps even better! I was speechless ... kindness, courtesy and professionalism at the highest levels !! It is clear that one does not wish to go back to the body shop often but should it happen, I will know that at Knez I will be treated with white gloves. Good guys, really congratulations and thank you very much !!!
