C	Christian Ronga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non entro nel merito della qualità del lavoro che mi pare soddisfacente, purtroppo la gestione del cliente è tremenda e mi è costata cara. Un preventivo di 962€ più una ruota da cambiare "ma che è poca cosa" si è trasformato in 1390€. In pratica due ruote costate 428€ Il tutto senza una telefonata di avvertimento. Ho scoperto di questo aumento due giorni prima di andare a prendere l'auto, senza avere la possibilità di accettare o no. Le ruote da 1 sono diventate 2 perché "il fornitore una non me la dava" e non poteva avvertirmi perché "il fornitore comunque si fa pagare". In pratica la cattiva gestione del fornitore ricade sul cliente. Mah! Che dire, se volete andarci mettete in conto che i tempi sono lunghi (e non comunicati, questo è il problema) e fatevi mettere tutto per scritto, parlate SOLO PER MAIL.
