Gentilissimi, ascoltano il tuo problema e lo risolvono appoggiandosi alla consulenza costante di un legale che svolge tutta l'attività burocratica sgravando il cliente di qualsiasi incombenza. Nel mio caso un'auto aveva rigato tutta la mia fiancata mentre era parcheggiata. Io avevo trovato un biglietto anonimo con l'indicazione della targa del veicolo responsabile. Sono riusciti ad aprire un sinistro in RC invece che della Kasco nonostante l'assenza di un testimone. Inoltre, tutti i documenti della pratica sono sempre disponibili on line e danno la macchina sostitutiva per tutto il periodo della riparazione. Per non parlare di come viene consegnata l'auto riparata!! Igienizzata con l'ozono e pulitissima!! Veramente bravi!!! In the case of this body shop we can really talk about turnkey service!
