M	Michael Rier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Kostenvoranschlag bekam ich auch nach mehrmaligem Anfragen nicht. Auch die chaotische Parkplatz-Situation und Fahrzeug-Übergabe hätten mich warnen müssen. Da jedoch mit "Officina autorizzata Tesla" geworben wird und mir verdeutlicht wurde, dass ich bei anderen Werkstätten deshalb vieeel länger auf die Teile warten müsste und es ansonsten Probleme mit der Garantie geben könnte, entschloss ich mich für diese Werkstatt. Doch "Officina autorizzata Tesla" bedeutet hier in erster Linie, teuer: Stundensatz €100,00+IVA. Trotzdem wurden die Arbeiten schlampig durchgeführt. Beispielsweise wurde der Schlauch für die Scheibenwaschanlage vergessen zu verbinden. Andere Teile wurden so zusammengesetzt, dass sie nun vibrieren. Als Andenken gibt es an der Innenseite der Fahrertür seit der Reparatur eine Delle auf einer Chromleiste. Carrozzeria Gildo: nie wieder! I didn't get an estimate even after repeated requests. The chaotic parking lot situation and vehicle handover should have warned me. However, since it was advertised as "Officina autorizzata Tesla" and it was made clear to me that I would have to wait much longer for the parts at other workshops and that there could otherwise be problems with the guarantee, I decided to go to this workshop. But "Officina autorizzata Tesla" primarily means expensive: hourly rate €100.00+IVA. Despite this, the work was done sloppily. For example, the hose for the windshield washer system was forgotten to be connected. Other parts were assembled in such a way that they now vibrate. As a souvenir there is a dent on a chrome strip on the inside of the driver's door since the repair. Carrozzeria Gildo: never again!

It was repaired in a very short time, it has no vibrations, they did a perfect and state-of-the-art job. The staff was friendly, I was always kept up to date on the development of the workings. Courtesy and professionalism as well as the imposing structure characterize the Gildo bodywork. A special thanks to Stefano for his availability.
