La scorsa settimana ho ricevuto una chiamata per concordare la data, poi tramite whatsapp una serie di reminder con localizzazione e orari. Arrivato all’appuntamento l’attività è stata presa in carico e conclusa in tempi estremamente brevi ed ho comunque avuto la possibilità di lasciare l’auto da loro tutto il giorno per motivi di orario lavorativo. Mi sono presentato purtroppo alle 19:15 e sono stato accolto con il sorriso e una spiegazione veloce dell’intervento con una frase che mi ha colpito “lavoro sempre come se le auto fossero mie”. Antifurto inserito, intervento assolutamente invisibile mentre spesso sulle altre auto mi era stato messo in posti troppo visibile ed esteticamente brutti. Non vi saprei parlare di prezzi perché ho potuto usufruire di questi servizi tramite Assicurazione ma assolutamente se dovessi in futuro aver bisogno hanno conquistato la mia fiducia. P.s. faccio tutti i giorni consulenza in digitalizzazione e innovazione per le aziende e vedere una carrozzeria strutturata con whatsapp business e altri piccoli dettagli è veramente un qualche cosa che per me fa la differenza. L'auto mi è stata riconsegnata in tempi contenuti e completamente pulita anche all'interno. Mentre attendevo la consegna il titolare mi ha mostrato alcuni servizi interessanti: il ricondizionamento dei fanali anteriori opacizzati e la riverniciatura dei cerchi in lega. Sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio professionale e ben organizzato. I picked up the car yesterday perfectly repainted, restored by several lines.
