Mi sono rivolto a loro a seguito di un sinistro subito poiché sono fiduciari della mia assicurazione (UnipolSai). Quindi ero un cliente nuovo e sconosciuto. La mia auto un' Audi A3 cabrio.
Sono stato trattato con mille accortezze e anche riaccompagnato a casa dopo aver lasciato la macchina, poiché la struttura è un po' defilata dalle zone centrali.
Pietro dell'amministrazione è stato sempre presente e puntuale nello svolgimento delle pratiche amministrative e non mi ha lasciato mai solo.
Il signor Gambale, titolare della carrozzeria, ha svolto un lavoro superiore alle attese: oltre ad aver riparato a regola d'arte l'auto e fatto accuratamente verificare la meccanica, ha sistemato di sua iniziativa anche altri piccoli danni con dei ritocchi praticamente invisibili.
Anche i tempi previsti di riconsegna sono stati rispettati come da accordi.
Il costo della riparazione, infine, parzialmente a mio carico, è stato onestissimo e commisurato al tipo e alla qualità del lavoro. È possibile pagare anche con bancomat e carte di credito (esclusa American Express).
In sostanza un'esperienza più che positiva che mi sento di consigliare senza riserve.

I contacted them following an accident as they are trustees of my insurance (UnipolSai). So I was a new and unknown customer. My car is an Audi A3 convertible.
I was treated with a thousand precautions and also taken back home after leaving the car, since the structure is a bit secluded from the central areas.
Pietro of the administration was always present and punctual in carrying out administrative procedures and never left me alone.
Mr. Gambale, owner of the body shop, has done a job beyond expectations: in addition to having repaired the car in a workmanlike manner and having the mechanics carefully checked, he has also fixed other small damages on his own initiative with practically invisible touch-ups.
The expected delivery times were also respected as agreed.
Finally, the cost of the repair, partially at my expense, was very honest and commensurate with the type and quality of the work. It is also possible to pay by debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).
Basically, a more than positive experience that I can recommend without reservations.
