Portato la mia MiTo per due botte di piccola entità ma che, conseguente alla premessa, mi infastidiva vedere. In fase di preventivo Marco, che è il ragazzo che mi ha seguito i lavori, mi è subito parso molto trasparente ed onesto, consigliandomi la soluzione con miglior rapporto qualità prezzo per il tipo di danno. Sempre con onestà e trasparenza mi aveva anticipato che, data l incisione presente in una delle due botte sarebbe rimasta un po' di "ondina" una volta alzata. Comunque dato il prezzo pronosticato e la buona impressione decido di affidarmi a lui. RISULTATO? ho appena ritirato la macchina e, conoscendo dov'era la botta, ho dovuto perdere 15 minuti buoni in garage per trovare un ondicina che definire minuscola è esagerato. E cosa molto importante, alla consegna ha avuto anche la premura di scontarmi qualcosa da quanto preventivato. CHE DIRE SE NON GRAZIE! SI VEDE CHE PORTATE AVANTI L ATTIVITÀ CON DEDIZIONE PASSIONE ED ATTENZIONE VERSO IL CLIENTE! SE VI SERVE UN CARROZZIERE AFFIDATEVI A LORO DEI VERI PROFESSIONISTI O N E S T I ! GRAZIE GRAZIE GRAZIE! I state that I am a very precise and demanding person. Brought my MiTo for two small blows but which, following the premise, bothered me to see. During the estimate phase Marco, who is the guy who followed me the work, immediately seemed very transparent and honest, recommending the solution with the best value for money for the type of damage. Always with honesty and transparency he had anticipated that, given the incision present in one of the two barrels, a little "ondina" would remain once lifted. However, given the expected price and the good impression I decide to rely on him. RESULT? I just picked up the car and, knowing where the blow was, I had to spend a good 15 minutes in the garage to find an ondicina that is exaggerated to call tiny.
