★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse all'inizio l'accoglienza è un po' fredda a distaccata ma la professionalità e la capacità nel loro lavoro fa diventare positivo il giudizio.
Lavoro ben fatto e cura della vettura con una bella lavata alla carrozzeria e una bella pulizia all'interno.
Perhaps at the beginning the reception is a bit cold and detached but the professionalism and ability in their work makes the judgment positive.
Well done work and car care with a nice body wash and a nice clean inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE non si può dire che siano professionali non chiamano per dire che il lavoro è finito...ti danno una scadenza eh non è mai quella e nemmeno ti avvertono. nella vecchia sede lavoro veramente pessimo. In quella nuova sono migliorati un po' ma sanno essere gran casinisti "disorganizzati"
TO AVOID it cannot be said that they are professional they do not call to say that the work is finished ... they give you a deadline and it is never that and they do not even warn you. really bad work in the old office. In the new one they have improved a bit but they know how to be great "disorganized" chaos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente mi hanno fatto una ottima impressione, tutti sono molto gentili e super disponibili. Gentilezza ed accoglienza non manca, ma il risultato finale sul lavoro meccanico è stato pessimo. Mi hanno raccontato un sacco di cose sulla mia macchina (molto vecchia e con alcuni problemi al motore) che non solo erano imprecise, ma alcune semplicemente false. L'hanno tenuta ferma per oltre un mese senza mai contattarmi, "dimenticandosi" più volte. Ho dovuto sempre chiamare insistentemente per avere informazioni ed alla fine andavo li. Ad un certo punto ho ritirato la macchina perché non c'era la fiducia ed è stata rimontata in malissimo modo. Mancano dei pezzi ed altri sono rotti. La mia macchina è poi stata riparata con 4 soldi da un'altra parte e continua ad andare benissimo ad oggi. Sarà andata male a me, ma sconsiglio vivamente, anche se il lavoro di carrozzeria che avevo richiesto in contemporanea è stato eseguito bene.
Initially they made a great impression on me, everyone is very nice and super helpful. Kindness and hospitality are not lacking, but the final result on the mechanical work was bad. They told me a lot of things about my car (very old and with some engine problems) that were not only inaccurate, but some just plain false. They kept it still for over a month without ever contacting me, "forgetting" several times. I always had to call insistently for information and in the end I went there. At one point I withdrew the car because there was no confidence and it was reassembled in a very bad way. Some pieces are missing and others are broken. My car was then repaired with 4 sous somewhere else and continues to do great to this day. It must have gone badly for me, but I strongly advise against it, even if the bodywork I requested at the same time was done well.
