★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da sconsigliare. Mi trovo in viaggio di lavoro in Lombardia, chiudo il finestrino, sento un rumore di rottura e questo si abbassa. Il motorino gira, il finestrino non si alza. È semplicemente il meccanismo dell'alzavetro, un ricambio facilmente reperibile ovunque e sostituibile in 30-60 minuti. Chiamo carrozzeria Europa, spiego la situazione, spiego l'urgenza, e la signora dice che non posso stabilirlo io cosa bisogna fare e che devo andare in sede (15 km), ma che se è un intervento semplice possono farmelo subito. Le chiedo rassicurazioni in merito perché volevo semplicemente trovare chi me lo fa subito e mi tranquillizza dicendomi che non c'è problema. Arrivo lì, mi presento, la signora con cui avevo parlato non ricambia neanche il saluto e va a chiamare qualcuno. Il signore anziano, probabilmente il titolare, esordisce dicendo che per oggi e domani non hanno tempo, che il pezzo va ordinato perché non è facile da trovare, e che va sostituito anche il motorino. Gli chiedo come mai mi abbiano fatto venire se sapevano di non potere aiutarmi e mi dice che posso rivolgermi altrove. Infatti sono andato da Midas, problema risolto immediatamente sostituendo il meccanismo, con molta più competenza e soprattutto umanità, perché non si può giocare con il tempo dei clienti facendoli venire da te se sai già di non potere o volete fare nulla.
