★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, lavoro effettuato all'inizio del 2020, con l'arrivo della stagione calda e maggiormente soleggiata sono emersi:
-Bozzi di grandine mai rimossi e per i quali ho pagato la singola rimozione;
-Parti di carrozzeria opache e non lucidate correttamente;
-Parti di carrozzeria con gocce di vernice;
-Preventivo da me pagato, più oneroso rispetto a quello presentato al perito e quindi mi è stata rimborsata una quota inferiore;
-Reperibilità quasi inesistente;
-Tempi d'attesa infiniti;
-Promesse mai mantenute e praticamente si dimentica del cliente che ha già pagato( € 4700 Ca.)
Spero tanto che il proprietario e chiunque si appresti a rivolgersi a questa carrozzeria legga questa recensione, che è assolutamente vera e per il quale sono disposto a chiunque lo chieda a fornire documentazione fotografica e cartacea!
Punto addizionale a dimostrazione della mia buona fede, il mio nome relativo alla recensione è in chiaro!
Bad service, work carried out at the beginning of 2020, with the arrival of the warm and sunnier season, the following emerged:
- Hail shafts never removed and for which I paid for the single removal;
- Dull and not properly polished body parts;
- Body parts with paint drops;
- Quote paid by me, more expensive than the one presented to the expert and therefore a lower amount was refunded;
- Almost non-existent traceability;
- Infinite waiting times;
- Promises never kept and you practically forget about the customer who has already paid (€ 4700 approx.)
I really hope that the owner and anyone who is going to contact this body shop will read this review, which is absolutely true and for which I am willing to anyone who asks to provide photographic and paper documentation!
