Ho avuto anche occasione di sperimentare il reparto carrozzeria, causa rottura di uno specchietto retrovisore (ah, le mogli...). Lavoro rapido e ben fatto. Molto disponibili, conoscono molto bene il mondo Citroën. I have been using them for my car for 2 years now. 2 coupons done, all right and absolutely fair prices. Sapranno anche cambiare un pezzo (come tutti i meccanici) ma niente di più anzi direi che la gentilezza e la cortesia non sono il loro forte. Gli ho portato l'auto e se la sono tenuti un giorno solo per la diagnostica dicendomi che mi avrebbero chiamato a cose fatte, ma non mi hanno telefonato ed ho dovuto chiamare io sentendomi dire che l'auto era pronta già dal mattino. Mi hanno ordinato il ricambio dicendomi che mi avrebbero avvisato quando arrivava, ma dopo 2 settimane di attesa ho richiamato io e casualmente il pezzo arrivava il giorno dopo (con i corrieri ed i magazzini ricambi sempre forniti, 2 settimane sono eccessive). Mia moglie e mio padre portano l'auto per sostituire il pezzo e siamo da capo, dicono che ci avviseranno ma se non chiamo io 2 giorni dopo, loro non chiamano e quando fai notare tutto ciò dicono che non è vero e che mia moglie non ha capito niente...NON SI PUÒ DIRE AD UN CLIENTE CHE NON HA CAPITO NIENTE anche se fosse vero, cosa che non era, ed è andata bene che ero al telefono... Altra nota negativa, se vuoi l'auto di cortesia devi prenotarla così l'oro la noleggiano (e il costo non è basso) e pagherai il noleggio più il loro servizio. Pensando di fare un tagliando vorrei sapere se e' possibile , prenotando in anticipo,effettuare la manutenzione portando il veicolo all'orario concordato e Aspettando senza dover tornare a casa per poi ritornare per il ritiro.
