★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che assenza di professionista definirei l'atteggiamento tenuto nei confronti di mia figlia poco rispettoso e comunque non chiaro. Credo che il cliente vada avvisato nel momento in cui si rivolge ad un professionista che il preventivo che viene fatto se i lavori non vengono eseguiti presso la propria officina e' a pagamento, non essendo prassi comune a tutti i professionisti. Credo che ci sia la libertà di guardare ai propri interessi quando si affida a qualcuno un lavoro, soprattutto quando ci si ritrova l'auto di pochi mesi distrutta da una grandinata. Essere chiari è auspicabile in ogni caso. L'esperienza non è stata delle migliori.
