★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato una Mercedes nuovissima per sistemare 2 graffi e mi hanno verniciato i paraurti ant e post di un altro colore rispetto all'auto, poi come se non bastasse mi hanno verniciato pure la plastica nera sotto il paraurti posteriore e la calandra in plastica anteriore con sbavature inguardabili. Sono andato a rendere conto degli errori e gli operai non hanno voluto riparare allo sbaglio. Il proprietario comunque gentilissimo mi ha restituito quello che avevo pagato. Metto una stella solo per questo.
Brought a brand new Mercedes to fix 2 scratches and they painted the front and post bumpers a different color than the car, then as if that were not enough they also painted the black plastic under the rear bumper and the front plastic grille with smudges unwatchable. I went to account for the mistakes and the workers did not want to repair the mistake. The owner, however, very kind, gave me back what I had paid. I put a star just for this.

Apro la porta senza pronunciare nulla e la signora sgarbatamente mi indica a gesti di uscire che è al telefono. C’è modo e modo, non ci metterò più piede ci sono molte altre carrozzerie con personale più gentile
