La peggiore esperienza avuta in una officina. 1 stella solo perché non si può dare 0 o negativo! Finisco qui a seguito di un guasto in autostrada della mia auto. Il carro attrezzi ACI mi raggiunge e parlando con l'autista, chiedo di poter riparare l'auto nell'officina Angeli, previa la predisposizione di un preventivo di spesa. Passano 2 giorni (festività) e chiamo al primo giorno lavorativo di apertura per stabilire un contatto, spiegare il guasto e sollecitare il preventivo. Il preventivo mi viene dato solamente dopo altri due giorni lavorativi, quando la diagnosi era già fatta da me (alternatore rotto) e ad una cifra spropositata. Decido quindi di riprendere l'auto a mie spese il giorno seguente per farla riparare a meno della metà di quanto richiesto da Angeli. Scopro inoltre che l'auto non è stata portata dove mi aveva detto l'autista del carro attrezzi (a carrara) ma alla officina di Sarzana, proprio per fare il preventivo. Al momento del ritiro mi viene detto che devo pagare le spese di deposito e custodia e il preventivo. Ovviamente nessuno mi aveva detto che il preventivo era a pagamento, e trovo incongruente pagare il deposito se l'auto è in officina in attesa di una riparazione, oltretutto se poi hanno impiegato 2 giorni lavorativi a vedere che un alternatore è bruciato. Il tutto condito da personale arrogante e strafottente, che dovrebbe imparare l'educazione e il rispetto prima di stare al pubblico. Volevo chiamare i carabinieri ma poi ho desistito solo per poter rientrare in tempo utile prima del buio. Per poter riavere la mia auto ho dovuto quindi pagare 80 euro fra deposito e preventivo. Vedo che non sono il solo ad essere finito qui a seguito di un soccorso ACI ed essere incappato in disavventure di vario genere. Scorretti ed approfittatori delle disgrazie altrui. ACI dovrebbe interrompere la propria collaborazione con questa società di soccorso e officina (che sono la stessa cosa).

At the time of collection, I am told that I have to pay the deposit and custody costs and the quote. Obviously no one had told me that the quote was for a fee, and I find it incongruent to pay the deposit if the car is in the workshop waiting for a repair, plus if they then took 2 working days to see that an alternator is burnt out. All seasoned by arrogant and arrogant staff, who should learn education and respect before being out to the public. I wanted to call the police but then I gave up just to be able to return in good time before dark. In order to get my car back, I therefore had to pay 80 euros between deposit and quote. I see that I am not the only one who ended up here following an ACI rescue and ran into various kinds of misadventures. Incorrect and profiteers of the misfortunes of others. ACI is expected to end its collaboration with this relief company and workshop (which are the same thing).

Bei einem technischen Problem wird man von der eigenen Abschleppfirma hingebracht, obwohl keine freien Kapazitäten vorhanden sind. Die Mitarbeitet sind unfreundlich, inkompetent und absolut unmotiviert. Nie wieder.

Absolut unfreundliche und inkompetente Mitarbeiter! Wir wurden an der A12 bei Sarzana von der Werkstatt abgeschleppt, da unser Auto nicht mehr als 100/km beschleunigt hat und ein Kontrolllicht aufleuchtete. Zuerst hieß es von der Werkstatt, dass sie keinen Fehler finden können und das Auto völlig in Ordnung sei. Ich könne es abholen. Als ich aber dem ADAC den Fehler beschrieb, was das Problem am Auto ist und der ADAC dies der Werkstatt mitteilte, hieß es plötzlich, dass wir auf keinen Fall damit nach Hause (Österreich) fahren durften. Sie fühlten sich aber auch nicht im Stande , mir zu helfen. Es konnte keiner von den Mitarbeiter Englisch, was prinzipiell ihnen nicht vorzuwerfen ist. Aber es gab sich auch keiner Mühe per Übersetzungs-App oder einen Übersetzer (zumindest telefonisch) zu organisieren. Sie ließen mich einfach in der Werkstatt stehen, bis ich drauf bestand, mein Auto mitzunehmen und zum VW Händler in La Spezia zu fahren. Auf meine Bitte, zumindest der VW Werkstatt telefonisch mitzuteilen, was das Problem mit meinem Auto ist, wurde ich nur barsch abgewimmelt, obwohl sie sahen wie verzweifelt ich war. Ich sollte die Rechnung zahlen und auf eigene Verantwortung fahren. Glücklicherweise schaffte ich es noch, das Auto langsam zur VW Werkstatt zu fahren. Die Mitarbeiter waren dort sehr zuvorkommend. Es war wie Tag und Nacht. Vermeiden Sie es, von Angeli Gommes abgeschleppt zu werden! Es war ein Alptraum. Wenn es ginge, würde ich Minuspunkte geben. 1 Stern ist immer noch zu viel!
Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent employees! We were towed from the workshop on the A12 near Sarzana because our car did not accelerate more than 100 / km and a control light came on. They just left me in the workshop until I insisted on taking my car and driving to the VW dealer in La Spezia. When I asked to at least tell the VW workshop by phone what the problem with my car is, I was only harshly brushed off, even though they saw how desperate I was. I should pay the bill and drive at my own risk. Fortunately, I still managed to drive the car slowly to the VW workshop. The staff there were very accommodating. It was like night and day. Avoid being towed by Angeli Gommes! It was a nightmare. If I could, I would give negative points. 1 star is still too much!

Purtroppo i vigili mi hanno portato via l'auto e sono dovuta andarla a ritirare da loro. Ho trovato gentilezza e disponibilità, davvero nessun problema. Unico neo, google maps mi ha dato come arrivo una scuderia un pochino prima di questa destinazione. Quindi quando alla vostra sinistra vedrete questa scuderia proseguite ancora e al primo incrocio svoltate a destra così arriverete in fondo dove troverete la carrozzeria.

"Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate". Purtroppo quando hai un problema in quel tratto di autostrada (che non è poca perchè coprono tre uscite) devi fare i conti conquesta gente che ti fa pagare a peso d'oro ogni tua necessità. Un consiglio: risolvete subito il problema ed allontanatevi perchè li si paga anche l'aria che si respira. Umanità zero, cortesia zero, comprensione zero. Una domanda: Ma quelli di Autostrade per l'Italia, Europ Assistance etc, non guardano mai le recensioni dei clienti?

Delinquenti denunciate queste persone, o rivolgetevi ad un legale pe,rché non possano continuare questo (dis)servizio , arroganti poco professionali per cambiare i cavetti del cambio 370 euro, lavoro da poco più di 200 euro, ma la cosa inquietante é che il meccanico aveva fatto un "preventivo " dicendo che erano 300 euro, ma a momento del pagamento magicamente compare l'Iva 370 , in più Oltre tutto hanno tenuto la macchina 8 giorni per fare sto lavoro, portata di lunedì, e minacciando di far pagare il "deposito" se l'avessimo portata via, che sono 10 euro al giorno per i soci Aci e 12 per i non, i prezzo sono più del doppio delle officine di zona, e non aspettatevi di aver la macchina presto se vi Servisse per la seglalataeli anche all Aci chemandassero un controllo, non si sa mai

Servizio di qualità molto bassa, assenza di professionalità, mancanza di voglia di lavorare, disattenzione. Per errore hanno portato l'auto all'officina sbagliata e hanno chiesto al cliente di pagare il trasporto per loro errore. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Afgesleept vanwege motorische problemen camper. Slepen op zich verliep goed, was lastige klus gezien lengte camper. Daarna begon het drama. Aci gebruikt dit iom anwb als plek om naar toe te slepen, het heeft meer weg van een sloop dan van een garage. Twee en een halve dag met klein kind hier gestaan in hete zon. Uiteindelijk na aangegeven te hebben dit bedrijf voor geen goud naar onze camper te laten kijken (gezien staat van bedrijf, gedrag medewerkers en eerdere reviews) naar een fiatgarage gesleept die door ons zelf is aangedragen aan anwb. Onmenselijke bejegening bij angeli. Asociaal. Niemand trekt zich wat aan van je. Alleen de receptiedame trok zich ons probleem aan, zij sprak ook Engels en was als enige werknemer menselijk en vriendelijk. Zonder haar zaten we hier nu nog steeds vast. Zeer blij hier weg te zijn! Anwb gebruik deze plek svp niet meer!!!!!

Inhumane treatment at angeli. antisocial. Nobody cares about you. Only the reception lady cared about our problem, she also spoke English and as the only employee was human and friendly. Without her, we'd still be stuck here. Very happy to be out of here! Please don't use this place anymore!!!!!
