★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a free available slot on the online page of the business. I checked and there were options for booking on the very same day, just one hour in advance. So I did. At timely arrival, the owner explained me that it was not possible to do my hair. Besides a lack of apologies, he dared to explain me that booking the same day is not booking in advance.....for me it is really far away from being a professional Attitude. I arrived on the same day from Zuerich and was over happy about having my hair fixed at the parrucchieri. I will certainly never book here again on the same day or on another day.
