★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This grocery store is very well located near St. Peter’s Basilica; there’s a wide choice of fresh food and ready to go portions, it is well designed to shop quickly and easy; I always go late at night and find everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened almost all night, the store was a life saver. We got some good quality meat and cheese as well as bread late at night (at midnight). The prices were really cheap; there were meat and cheese combo for 2 euro. The staff were very helpful, they showed us how to weigh the vegetables and label them before coming to the till. One thing, they don't sell alcohol after 10 pm so stock up before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the register was having a conversation with another man... the man at the register completely ignored my partner and I as he engaged in conversation with the other man. After the payment went through, the man at the register tossed the receipt at my partner. If your company cares at all about customer service, this was completely unacceptable behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always understaffed. 2 of the 7 checkouts are self service and invariably out of order. Of the other 5, I've only seen 2 active, even at the busiest times of the day/year. There's also a guarantee that the queue you're standing in will move slowly because the other 'services' offered here - parcel collection, bill paying, etc - also have to be taken care of by the same staff member you're waiting for to process your shopping. EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE. It does, however, frustratingly, have a decent range of products for its size.
