T	TRE AMA Srls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione del rapporto con il cliente, incapacità di gestire la parte burocratica, sia nella filiale che la finanziaria ufficiale Mercedes Merfina Leasing... la quale non è minimamente in grado di gestire un riscatto anticipato, anzi mi ha creando dei ritardi ingiustificati che mi stanno creando un danno perché dopo aver bonificato per intero l' importo per l'estinzione anticipata, mi hanno inviato una lettera di diffida per il recupero del credito, bloccando la pratica del passaggio di proprietà... senza contare il fatto che per avere un conteggio di estinzione ho atteso 45 giorni... ad oggi non hanno minimamente idea di quando potranno trasferire la proprietà. Non mi sarei mai aspettato un trattamento tale da un marchio blasonato come Mercedes... consiglio a tutti gli imprenditori dove il tempo è denaro (ci penserà il mio legale a quantificare il danno) di non avvicinarsi a questo brand dove il personale ed i vari responsabili si scaricano uno con l altro le responsabilità non dando una soluzione al problema!!! Una concessionaria dove appena varcata la soglia ti senti accolto da un personale gentile e disponibile (cosa non da poco oggi). Ho portato la mia stella al suo primo tagliando, e mi avevano già comunicato via mail il preventivo che era inferiore alla concorrenza. Macchina già pronta in poche ore. Che dire....pienamente soddisfatto e non posso che consigliare ad altri clienti Mercedes e non di passare da loro. 5 stars more than you deserve! A dealership where as soon as you cross the threshold you feel welcomed by a kind and helpful staff (which is no small feat today). I brought my star to its first coupon, and they had already sent me the quote that was inferior to the competition via email. Machine ready in a few hours. What can I say .... fully satisfied and I can only recommend to other Mercedes customers and not to pass by them.

Con estrema cortesia hanno risolto il problema ( gomme squarciate) e passato anche la pasta abrasiva sui graffi! Il tutto a fine giornata lavorativa! Qualità umane e competenze tecniche. 5 stelle alla professionalità: tutti i centri assistenza dovrebbero essere come il vostro. What about my experience ?! Excellent. Everyone from acceptance to the workshop was extremely quick in finding spare parts. With extreme courtesy they solved the problem (torn tires) and also passed the abrasive paste on the scratches!
