★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla scadenza del contratto di manutenzione , hanno inviato raccomandata per disdetta e non hanno effettuato l'ultima verifica periodica. Dopo averli sollecitati visto che erano stati pagati per eseguire almeno l'ultima visita periodica, hanno riscontrato un guasto. Dopo aver concordato di farci inviare il preventivo per mettere in funzione la piattaforma, sono spariti. Dopo 1 mese mandano la raccomandata al comune e al cenpi che la piattaforma è fuori uso e non è più di loro competenza. Se questa è serietà!
At the end of the maintenance contract, they sent a registered letter for cancellation and did not carry out the last periodic check. I've been waiting for 6 months for the lift to come and activate me .. they only know how to answer .. "I'll have your colleague call you" and they disappear. Is there really another colleague?
