The shop is very tidy, the shop assistants are always smiling and friendly. The choice of bags is not very large but you can always find the right bag for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrata in negozio, toccato una borsa in vetrina ma accessibile alla clientela, rimproverata da una ragazzetta come commessa indispettita, me ne esco a bocca aperta... peccato, la borsa l’avrei comprata sicuramente, ma visto il trattamento la prenderò in un altro negozio.
Un po’ di gentilezza e un sorriso al cliente credo sia d’obbligo se lavori a contatto con il pubblico.
As soon as I enter the shop, touched a bag in the window but accessible to customers, scolded by a girl as an angry saleswoman, I leave it open-mouthed ... too bad, I would have bought the bag for sure, but given the treatment I will take it in a other shop.
I believe a little kindness and a smile to the customer is a must if you work in contact with the public.

Gentilissima, disponibilissima e veramente professionale mi ha chiesto il numero di telefono pur di darmi una mano per inviarmi le foto dei modelli che ho richiesto e spiegarmi la grandezza...o.il.tipo di colore...o.l.interno etc.....
