Egregio signore, ci dispiace di non aver potuto assecondare le sue richieste, ma ciò che lei chiedeva non è conforme alla vigente normativa italiana: sulla base delle modifiche introdotte all' articolo 103CdS della legge di stabilità del 2016 non è possibile richiedere al Pubblico Registro Automobilistico (PRA) la definitiva esportazione di un veicolo all'estero se questo non è materialmente già stato esportato.

Se puede dar de baja solamente un vehículo ya exportado.
Señor, lo sentimos que no podía cumplir con sus demandas, pero lo que estaba pidiendo no es compatible con la legislación italiana vigente: pro el artículo 103CdS de la Ley de Estabilidad 2016 no es posible solicitar al Registro de Automóviles Pública (PRA) la exportación permanente de un vehículo en el extranjero si éste no es ya materialmente sido exportado.
