★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pochissimo corretti. Prendono due piccoli lavoretti in agosto e a novembre i lavoretti non sono fatti, nonostante i solleciti. Ho capito che l'impegno era piccolo, ma la professionalità in questo caso è assente.
Very little correct. They take two small chores in August and in November the chores are not done, despite the reminders. I understood that the commitment was small, but professionalism in this case is absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo già usufruito dei loro servizi li ho ricontattati per avere un preventivo,il titolare dopo aver visionato il lavoro mi ha detto che lo avrebbe fatto al più presto.Ho aspettato e sollecitato più volte,non ho mai ottenuto nessuna risposta né scritta ne verbale e nessun preventivo di spesa. Impiegata gentile e preparata nel suo lavoro,il titolare denota scarsa educazione, professionalità nulla e nessuna attenzione per il cliente.Pessima esperienza,per quello che mi riguarda da evitare.
Having already used their services, I contacted them to get a quote, the owner after having viewed the work told me that he would do it as soon as possible.I waited and urged several times, I never got any answer, neither written nor verbal and no cost estimate. Kind and well-trained employee in her work, the owner denotes poor education, no professionalism and no attention to the customer. Bad experience, for what concerns me to avoid.
