★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh l'idea è abbastanza coraggiosa. Spaccio con annessi 60 coperti (solo per pranzo e merenda) per gustare a km zero. Magari non proprio tutto a km zero ma comunque dentro i confini della provincia. Ho fatto sia acquisti che pranzato e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo tagliere, tagliata, asado e hamburger tutti con abbinate delle saline sfiziose e gustose. Birra artigianale sempre piacentina. Allo spaccio ho preso carne salada (delicata, un gusto meno deciso), pancetta, coppa e due salami. Di questi solo la carne salada è di loro produzione, c'è anche il prosciutto cotto che ho assaggiato al tavolo nel tagliere e devo dire che è ottimo. Infine il conto.... Secondo me un filino alto, stona con il km zero. Devo tornare in settimana e provare il menù fisso (13€)
Well the idea is brave enough. Shop with attached 60 seats (only for lunch and snack) to enjoy at zero km. Maybe not really all at zero km but still within the confines of the province. I did both shopping and lunch and I must say that I had a great time cutting, slicing, asado and hamburgers all with delicious and tasty salt pans. Always Piacenza craft beer. At the shop I took salted meat (delicate, a less decisive taste), bacon, coppa and two salamis. Of these only the salted meat is of their production, there is also the cooked ham that I tasted at the table in the cutting board and I must say that it is excellent. Finally the bill .... I think a tad bit tall, clashes with the zero km. I have to go back in the week and try the set menu (€ 13)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne presa allo spaccio di Borgonovo è eccezionale! Ma anche la gastronomia non scherza affatto, il vitello tonnato o la giardiniera...pietanze preparate in modo magistrale. Per finire, spenderei due parole sulla gentilezza e la cordialità con le quali si è accolti nel negozio, qualità che associate alla bontà dei prodotti, fanno di questo negozio un luogo preferito dove acquistare carne.

The meat taken from the Borgonovo shop is exceptional! But also the gastronomy is no joke, the vitello tonnato or the pickled vegetables ... dishes prepared in a masterly way. Finally, I would like to say a few words about the kindness and friendliness with which one is welcomed into the shop, qualities that, associated with the goodness of the products, make this shop a favorite place to buy meat.
