Senza contare l'inefficacia del comando dei vigili urbani, comandati dalla figura più inetta del corpo, in quanto incapace di organizzare in modo talentuoso la chiusura delle strade, nonché la rimozione delle auto in divieto di sosta. Destinato a sparire negli anni che verranno. Da cinque anni a questa parte, chi non è riuscito a venire, non si è perso niente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è più il carnevale di una volta. Ma cmq tranquillo è ordinato .il carnevale dura fino a sera tardi e la gente non manca certo. Diciamo che la giornata si passa in perfetta tranquillità.
It is no longer the carnival of the past. But anyway it is quietly ordered. The carnival lasts until late at night and the people certainly do not fail. Let's say that the day passes in perfect tranquility.
