Sono costretto a richiamare l'attenzione di un altro addetto alle vendite che mi fa presente che al momento erano impegnati con altri clienti e che avrei dovuto aspettare non si sa quanto. Faccio presente di avere un appuntamento per le 16.00 e il commesso sostiene che, invece, a lui "risultava" alle 16.30 e mi ripeteva, comunque ,che non si sarebbero liberati in breve tempo. Ovviamente sono andato via e non mi recherò mai più in questo negozio. Mancanza di educazione, organizzazione e professionalità; un'offesa ad uno stilista del livello di Carlo Pignatelli.
