Se uno da un orario capisco 5 min di ritardo ma più di 20 minuti no. La professionalità prima di tutto e soprattutto il rispetto di chi prenota un determinato orario.
In my opinion, hairdresser is always late with appointments, I went twice and every time they give you an appointment and you have to wait at least 20 more minutes. If someone gives a schedule I understand 5 minutes late but not more than 20 minutes. Professionalism first of all and above all respect for those who book a specific time.
