Parlo con uno dei collaboratori per fare la polizza auto annuale, il tizio mi richiede l'importo totale della polizza annuale da versare immediatamente e mi fa attendere 3 settimane prima di attivare l'assicurazione sulla mia macchina. Successivamente scopro che la polizza è attiva solo per 6 mesi pur avendo pagato per un anno. 15 Dicembre 2017: scade il primo semestre di polizza e mi ritrovo nuovamente senza copertura assicurativa (Intanto il tizio che ci lavora ha intascato tutto l'importo annuale dicendomi che è necessario pagarla TUTTA all'inizio). Chiamo e richiamo il tizio con cui ho firmato la polizza per avere spiegazioni, continua a rinviare la data di rinnovo dicendo che " al più presto si rinnoverà" e mi dice di stare tranquillo perchè comunque sono coperto (cosa non vera, via internet la mia auto risultava ancora senza copertura assicurativa). 2 Gennaio 2018: il rinnovo della polizza non arriva ancora a questo punto lo chiamo e gli chiedo in modo "pacato e gentile" che voglio la metà dei soldi indietro e fortunatamente sono riuscito a riprenderli. Spero che il responsabile di questa agenzia possa leggere la presente recensione e possa prendere dei seri provvedimenti verso la persona che mi ha "quasi truffato". DA INCUBO! Horrible experience! I speak with one of the collaborators to make the annual auto policy, the guy asks me for the total amount of the annual policy to be paid immediately and makes me wait 3 weeks before activating the insurance on my car. Later I find out that the policy is only active for 6 months despite having paid for a year. December 15, 2017: the first half of the policy expires and I find myself again without insurance coverage (Meanwhile, the guy who works there has pocketed all the annual amount telling me that it is necessary to pay it ALL at the beginning). I call and recall the guy with whom I signed the policy for explanations, continues to postpone the renewal date saying that "it will be renewed soon" and tells me to feel comfortable because I am still covered (which is not true, via the internet mine car was still without insurance coverage). 2 January 2018: the renewal of the policy has not yet reached this point I call him and I ask him in a "calm and kind" way that I want half the money back and fortunately I managed to get it back. I hope that the manager of this agency can read this review and can take serious measures towards the person who "almost cheated me". Nightmare!
