★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi reco con un amico a chiedere informazioni in merito ad una felpa che, come spiegato da una commessa, ci sarebbe stata l'opportunità di ordinarla.
Abbiamo incontrato una addetta ai lavori arrogantissima, maleducata, che mi ha spinto ad uscire nel giro di zero secondi dal negozio e con la certezza che in quel negozio non metterò mai più piede.
Signora impari a trattare con rispetto i suoi clienti, per lo più dei ragazzi giovani! Mi auguro che qualcuno possa aprire gli occhi e sapere che avete una lavoratrice che caccia la gente invece di aiutarla a fare acquisti! Grande fenomeno!

We met a very arrogant, rude worker, who pushed me to leave the shop within zero seconds and with the certainty that I will never set foot in that shop again.
Lady you learn to treat your customers with respect, mostly young guys! I hope someone can open their eyes and know that you have a worker hunting people instead of helping them shop! Great phenomenon!

Grande disponibilità e gentilezza dei commessi soprattutto di Stella che è molto simpatica e molto paziente con i ragazzi di tutte le età e li aiuta nella scelta del capo da acquistare...... ed è anche una gran bella ragazza.

Great availability and kindness of the salespeople especially Stella who is very nice and very patient with boys of all ages and helps them in choosing the garment to buy ... and she is also a very beautiful girl.

Che cambi lavoro ma soprattutto visto l'ossessione per il disinfettante mani che ha, che si metta a vendere quello ! Non ci torneremo mai più !
Bad experience .. and then they complain why you prefer to buy online ... the lady inside unpleasant .. rude. . zero empathy! What a change of job but above all given the obsession for the hand sanitizer that he has, that he starts selling that! We will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend works at Carhartt, and we both love the brand. Today at the Carhartt store in Verona, Italy, we were exposed to some of the worst retail service I’ve ever witnessed. After entering the store, we were rudely finger-wagged and shooed out like flies that had buzzed through an unwelcome window, and informed with absolutely no courtesy whatsoever that the store was at capacity. As customers, we were treated like servants meant to kiss the feet of the retail lady and beg her to let us buy something. My girlfriend was so excited to go to Carhartt in Europe, but the experience was so horrible that we left seconds after entering. It’s a shame that our worst experience at any retail store in Italy happened to occur at such a fantastic American company. This Carhartt in Verona by no means reflects the brand as a whole.
