★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In linea con le aspettative. Il servizio di sostituzione del vetro dura circa 1 ora e mezza / 2 ore. Nel frattempo ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze. Lo staff è cortese e svolge le pratiche con eventuale assicurazione cristalli.
In line with expectations. The glass replacement service takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Meanwhile there are shops nearby. The staff is courteous and carries out the procedures with any glass insurance.

First time I have the need and I must say that I immediately found a lot of courtesy, availability. I will definitely recommend it. 17.12.21 unfortunately second time in a short time to replace the windshield, always the same treatment, very kind staff.

On vacation somebody broke into my 6 months new car. The rear window was destroyed. After several phone calls with the insurance I was sent to Carglass Pandova.
2 days later I got an appointment and the window was exchanged.
After a few days, however, on closer inspection, I found that Carglass Pandova had caused a significant amount of damage to my new car. The removal of the window left a lot of small scratches on the panel. Three very deep scratches were even covered with a paint pen in a different color to cover up. On the door were scratches, too. They were definitely not there before!
After much back and forth over two lawyers they have denied any responsibility.
Me and my layers had no chance…
The damage amounted to about 1,500 €.
My advice: Before you let them repair anything, take a close look at the specific places, take pictures and then look at the whole car directly after the repair again.
(Note: it is very dark down there and you probably can not see everything).
In retrospect, you have no chance as a non-Italian citizen.
The safest way is to not go to this branch.
