N	Nura 火 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Imprenditori. Dottori che si incolpano a vicenda per la disinformazione al paziente (o cliente?), personale che da la colpa alla sede. Poca trasparenza, sorrisi solo quando stai per pagare e non quando sorgono problemi. Sbagliano intervento, mi fanno stare male, non dormire la notte e mi vogliono far pagare per correggere, trattandomi in modo veramente pessimo e sfacciato. Andate dalle cliniche private dei dottori, evitate le società, che per definizione puntano a raggiungere l'utile. (ho inviato l'email a inizio ottobre come mi hanno indicato di fare e non ho ricevuto risposta) Bad experience. Entrepreneurs. Doctors who blame each other for the misinformation to the patient (or client?), Staff who blame the site. Little transparency, you smile only when you are about to pay and not when problems arise. They do wrong surgery, they make me feel bad, don't sleep at night and they want to make me pay to correct, treating me in a really bad and cheeky way. Go to the doctors' private clinics, avoid companies, which by definition aim to achieve profit. (I sent the email in early October as they instructed me to do and I have not received a reply)

Cordialità, accoglienza sono le prime caratteristiche che arrivano al paziente.. E poi arriva tt il resto.. Competenza, professionalità, puntualità.
