A noi era accaduto proprio questo: un tasso d'interesse variabile che negli anni 2014-2015 era molto basso a fronte di uno spread pari a 1,95.
Tutti richiesti dall'Istituto di credito erogante il mutuo stesso.
Consiglio: prestate molta attenzione a questa formula, personalmente non riesco a vederci alcun tipo di solidarietà in casi come questo.
