Il grande scrittore Domenico Rea, appunto di Nocera Inferiore, scrisse che il carciofo si gusta appieno solo arrostito, e qui ne abbiamo la vera dimostrazione pratica, in un esperienza che si fonde dagli aspetti olfattivi a quelli gustativi tra carciofi, aglio, prezzemolo. Imperdibile! D'estate, di sera, anche tagliate di ottima frutta fresca!
