E spiego il perché di questa affermazione molto pesante: preso appuntamento, dopo 15 giorni di silenzio assoluto dalla richiesta, per sopralluogo tecnico per stilare preventivo di circa €100.000, non noccioline. Passati 10 minuti dall'ora concordata, non si presenta nessuno e arriva telefonata per dire non posso venire, mi chiami pure che vediamo di fissare altra data. Siamo i Italia, non nel Burundi. Mio consiglio: state alla larga. Unfortunately, a company with very poor commercial seriousness, not very serious and unreliable personnel. È dal giorno 15 che insisto perché vengano a controllare un termosifone che va a tutto regime come se la valvola fosse sul 5. Naturalmente si bolle perché la temperatura esterna è alta. In compenso in camera da letto 2 elementi sono gelidi da 2 anni senza che lei abbiano sistemati nonostante leue richieste. Non hanno fatto la prova e quindi non ho potuto segnalare l'anomalia. Verranno, dicono, il giorno 27. Chi mi paga lo spreco oltre la bollitura? Ho fatto ben 5 telefonate ma non si scompongono fregandosene altamente del cliente che deve aspettarli per ben 12 giorni. Mi sono anche sentita dire di chiamare un idraulico!!!!
