Dopo il primo sollecito in ufficio abbiamo aspettato 10 giorni lavorativi;
Alla seconda chiamata di sollecito il Sig. Diego ci ha comunicato che erano troppo impegnati con cose più importanti da fare ma aveva promesso che saremmo stati richiamati Lunedì sera, cosa mai avvenuta.
Ad oggi dopo più di un mese stiamo aspettando un preventivo, nessuna comunicazione dopo aver sollecitato più di 3 volte telefonicamente.
Agenzia del tutto deludente!
TOTALMENTE SCONSIGLIATA.
Me and my team We have created a large network of contacts for a future import-export service from China and Japan of electronic components;
After the first reminder in the office we waited 10 working days;
At the second reminder call, Mr. Diego told us that they were too busy with more important things to do but he promised that we would be called back Monday evening, something that never happened.
To this day after more than a month we are waiting for a quote, no communication after having solicited more than 3 times by telephone.
Totally disappointing agency!
TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
