★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto favorevolmente colpito per la cortesia già al telefono, dove una garbatissima Signorina ha subito prestato attenzione al mio problema e proposto soluzioni immediate, dopodichè si è accesa una spia sulla mia Smart elettrica dove mi chiedeva di recarmi con urgenza in officina e sono andato di corsa, senza appuntamento, direttamente in accettazione. Qui sono stato accolto con estrema gentilezza e in meno di 5 minuti, il titolare è intervenuto sulla mia macchina dove ha subito capito che la vettura doveva essere fermata per essere riparata. A quel punto, sempre il cortesissimo titolare, si è offerto per accompagnarmi a casa, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo senza però approfittarne. Conclusione: ieri ho ritirato la Smart in perfetta forma, meglio di come l'avevo lasciata e vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente la Carboni Motor Sport per l'immediato intervento e l'alta Professionalità dimostrata. Condivido quindi con tutti un indirizzo sicuro dove potersi recare in caso di necessità. Grazie di cuore
I was favorably impressed by the courtesy already on the phone, where a very polite young lady immediately paid attention to my problem and proposed immediate solutions, after which a light came on on my electric Smart where she asked me to urgently go to the workshop and I went to race, without appointment, directly in reception. Here I was greeted with extreme kindness and in less than 5 minutes, the owner intervened on my car where he immediately understood that the car had to be stopped to be repaired. At that point, always the very courteous owner, offered to take me home, which I appreciated very much without taking advantage of it. Conclusion: yesterday I picked up the Smart in perfect shape, better than I had left it and I would like to publicly thank Carboni Motor Sport for the immediate intervention and the high professionalism shown. I therefore share with everyone a safe address where they can go in case of need. Thank you with all my heart
