Prima dell' acquisto mi fu assicurato più volte che tale pittura fosse di finitura liscia come quella mostrata sulla tavolozza presso il loro punto vendita. Il risultato finale è stata una finitura quasi ruvida di difficile pulizia.
In genere ciò che è puramente indicativo è il colore, ma non la finitura. Ciò che da maggiornente fastidio di questo punto vendita è la mancanza di un' assistenza post-vendita e la presunzione di avere ragione prima ancora di valutare attentamente la specifica situazione, che so perfettamente può dipendere dal supporto e/o da altre specifiche situazioni. Rimane il fatto che hanno promesso di contattare la Sikkens per capire se ci fossero problemi col lotto prodotto e a distanza di mesi nessuno mi ha più contattato. Professionalità zero per Carbone srl.
At this store I bought the painting sikkens "Rezisto". Before the purchase, I was repeatedly assured that this painting was as smooth as the one shown on the palette at their point of sale. The end result was an almost rough finish difficult to clean.
Typically what is purely indicative is the color, but not the finish. What is the main annoyance of this store is the lack of after-sales service and the presumption of being right even before carefully assessing the specific situation, which I know perfectly can depend on the support and / or other specific situations. The fact remains that they promised to contact Sikkens to find out if there were any problems with the product lot and months later nobody contacted me. Zero professionalism for Carbone srl.
