Lo consiglio vivamente I had to make a fence at home but I didn't have very clear ideas ... I went to them and they understood me very well on the fly, friendly and very professional staff! I highly recommend it

Ordine fatto con consegna pattuita al martedì massimo mercoledì, chiamo per info al mercoledì pomeriggio per il ritiro della merce mi viene detto problemi tempi di condegna.... Io ovviamente ero già pronto per il ritiro del materiale e quindi per il montaggio al giovedì mattina, morale troviamo un accordo per una consegna da parte loro per venire incontro al disagioal venerdì sera così da poter eseguire il lavoro sabato Mi chiamano alle 17.32 dicendo il materiale è pronto! Io ovviamente dico: ok avverto che potete portarlo in cantiere.... Mi viene detto: ah un attimo che mi informo se ho la possibilità....( Alle 17.32 organizzi la possibilità!!!!) Alle 17.50 mi richiamano e dicono che OVVIAMENTE non riescono a portare la merce! Io essendo fuori Ravenna come avevo già detto loro non riesco ad andare e così rimango SENZA merce con il lavoro da fare al giovedì spostato al sabato ma ancora da fare per colpa loro. Ah in più alle 18 chiudono.... Sono rimasto MOLTO DELUSO da questa azienda che a parole ha promesso tanto ma quando di tratta di risolvere problemi guarda solo al SUO GUADAGNO! Donot ..... Order made with agreed delivery up to Tuesday Wednesday, call for info to Wednesday afternoon to pick up the goods is told to condegna time problems .... I was obviously ready for collection of the material and then mounting to Thursday morning, moral we find an agreement for a delivery on their part to meet the disagioal Friday night so he can perform Saturday work They call me at 17:32 saying the material is ready! I obviously say: ok I warn you that you can take it to the construction site .... I'm told: ah a moment that I can tell if I have a chance .... (At 17:32 organize the chance !!!!) At 17:50 am called back and say that OF COURSE fail to bring the goods! I like being outside Ravenna had already told them I can not go and so I stay WITHOUT goods with a job to do on Thursday moved to Saturday but still do their fault. Ah more close to 18 .... I was very disappointed by this company that has promised so much words but when comes to solving problems only looks at YOUR GAIN!
