 We bought a caravan in January. It was delivered to us on the 6th of March after it was checked and arranged according to our needs. Staff very helpful.

Excellent experience with them as they are more than available at any time and for anything. I was satisfied with their service and in addition they have splendid vehicles, new and with every comfort and let's not forget that they are the most honest as prices. I'll be back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo provato l'esperienza camper affittandone uno per il weekend. Per 380 euro da venerdì sera a lunedì mattina ci hanno dato un McLouis Glamys, adeguato per noi famiglia con due figli. Attenzione: il camper è consegnato completamente vuoto di qualunque oggetto asportabile, non ci sono neanche i cuscini. Mansarda scricchiola orrendamente. Non c'e' telecamera posteriore per favorire incidenti in retro: attenzione a non fargli il minimo graffio, se no sono dolori. Io ho disgraziatamente fatto un graffio (8 cm circa) sulla bandella copriruota urtando un guardrail..risultato: 500 euro che mi hanno fatto pagare via bonifico senza fattura nè niente. Probabilmente la riparazione non l'hanno neanche fatta. Suppongo gli convenga molto di più accumulare tanti graffietti fatti da vari clienti e poi sostituire una volta sola...insomma: esperienza non consigliabile: parecchio caro (spendevamo meno in hotel 4 stelle) e con troppa ansia alla guida. Inoltre se ne approfittano senza ritegno. Da evitare.

Si, ne sono certo. Ho regolare fattura per il noleggio del camper a nome "Caravan Club Tour Agostara Riccardo", mentre i 500 euro della riparazione li avete presi per bonifico senza riscontro di alcun tipo. Immagino sia una prassi comune all'italiana. Ho scritto questa recensione negativa non per ottenere qualcosa da voi, ma per mettere in guardia altri clienti.
We tried the camper experience by renting one for the weekend. For 380 euros from Friday night to Monday morning they gave us a McLouis Glamys, suitable for us family with two children. Warning: the camper is delivered completely empty of any removable object, there are not even cushions. Attic creaks horribly. There is no rear camera to encourage accidents in the back: be careful not to make the slightest scratch, otherwise they are pains. Unfortunately I made a scratch (about 8 cm) on the wheel cover hitting a guardrail .. result: 500 euros that they made me pay by bank transfer without invoice or anything. They probably haven't even done the repair. I suppose it is much more convenient for him to accumulate many scratches made by various customers and then replace only once ... in short: not advisable experience: very expensive (we spent less in 4-star hotels) and with too much anxiety driving. They also take advantage of it without restraint. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il camper usato pochi giorni fa e devo ammettere che ho subito trovato una buona armonia e gentilezza e preparazione professionale non indifferente con il Sig. Riccardo ci siamo trovati a nostro agio e anche se abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi al camper si è attivato in maniera rapida risolvendo i problemi riscontrati consegnando il camper in perfette condizioni.
Consiglio quindi a chi ne ha bisogno di rivolgersi a loro con tranquillità e fiducia.

I bought the used camper a few days ago and I must admit that I immediately found a good harmony and kindness and not indifferent professional preparation with Mr. Riccardo we found ourselves at ease and even if we encountered some problems the camper was activated in a quickly solving the problems encountered by delivering the camper in perfect condition.
I therefore recommend to those who need it to contact them with peace of mind and trust.
