L operatore di PS dall altra parte si è dimostrato sgarbato nei modi e toni,apparentemente infastidito dalla mia chiamata. Alle mie domande e dubbi sul mio problema ad un tratto si è espresso con "ma lei mi sa che ne sa un po' troppo" e di lì a poco un "va bene arrivederci" come per dire "arrangiati" . Provengo da bolzano e ogni volta che ho avuto un problema o anche semplicemente un dubbio inerente alle forze di PS ho sempre trovato gentilezza e cortesia dall altra parte. Peccato davvero. I did not go there in person but I contacted by phone. The PS operator on the other side proved rude in the ways and tones, apparently annoyed by my call. To my questions and doubts about my problem, he suddenly expressed himself with "but you know I know a little too much" and shortly thereafter a "good bye" as if to say "arranged". I come from bolzano and every time I have had a problem or even simply a doubt inherent in the PS forces I have always found kindness and courtesy on the other side. Too bad.

Ieri pomeriggio sini un via Barbacoda per una denincia.Mi mandano via dopo mezz'ora di attesa dichiarando che avrebbero dovuto fare un lavoro di ore ed ore (??). Stamani, dopo altra mezz'ora di attesa mi dicono che il maresciallo deve andare in Procura e quindi non si sa quando torna. Alle mie proteste di parlare con un superiore, un piantone scortese ed aggressivo mi dice che non vi è nessun altro, che se voglio posso aspettare o andare via. Gli chiedo il nome e lui si rifiuta di darmelo. Poi inaspettatamente il maresciallo, peraltro gentilissimo e capace, torna e sbrighiamo la mia denuncia. Onore al maresciallo, ma questa stazione fa pena. Stefania Torrini HALLUCINATING EXPERIENCE. Yesterday afternoon I left a Barbacoda street for a denincia.Mi was sent away after half an hour of waiting declaring that they would have to work hours and hours (??). This morning, after another half hour of waiting, they tell me that the marshal must go to the Prosecutor's Office and therefore no one knows when he will be back. At my protests to speak to a superior, a rude and aggressive attendant tells me that there is no one else, that if I want I can wait or leave. I ask him for his name and he refuses to give it to me. Then unexpectedly the marshal, who is also very kind and capable, comes back and we hurry up my complaint. Honor to the marshal, but this station is pitiful. Stefania Torrini

No comment I called for depositions to be made and I am told that I am overloaded with papers ..... the same ones sent from other barracks ... we will call it ... trial in 20 days at the request of the public prosecutor's office. No comment
