★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get my classic BMW cleaned for VPC and they went beyond my expectations. Cleaned the inside, outside, engine bay, and under body in less than a week. Friendly service, keeping me updated on the status, very fair price, and knows exactly what VPC is looking for to ship a car. My 30 year old car probably hasn’t been this clean since the day it came off the lot, would definitely recommend if you’re PCSing or just want a pristine looking car. Passed the inspection with no issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How would you feel if you are about to ship your auto back home and get rejected for agriculture inspection? PCS can really be frustrating specially being in here and to top it off with holidays and never ending COVID. Vicky and his team made possible for me to be on track of my schedule for PCS, worked hard on holidays, good communication skills and he conduct his business with pride and upto customer satisfaction. For the price I paid to get my Audi back home is priceless to me, if you know a hometown barber back home, this is a place that reminds me off, truely a genuine person and its not all about the money, its about the trust you build, from PCS ing here to leaving here, he remembers you and always greet you with a smile and his personality is just awesome. A HUMBLE hard working person, thank you Vicky and happy holidays to your family and your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just bought my used car and I wanted to get it detailed. I called to make an appointment and the guy said no appointment needed and quoted me around €25. When I showed up I walked over to the guy to check in and he said something I didn’t quite understand and I asked if he meant pull my car into a spot. He said “Listen to my words, we wash first.” I was taken back by the rudeness of what he said but shook it off. After the car was washed I pulled it in to be detailed and went to sit at the café. After about 45 minutes an attendant came to tell me the car was done. The front and back seats were still pushed all the way in and back levels out of wack. My brake light was popped out and left. When I went to pay they charged me €5 extra euros then I had been quoted. I got in my car and noticed the dash looked dirty so I grabbed a wipe I had in my car and swept it across to find it hasn’t been cleaned at all (picture of wipe). The glove box or center console was not vacuumed either. Would not recommend any part of this place. Save your money or go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give this place a 0 star if I could. Absolute atrocious time here.
My friend was getting his car ready to be shipped and went here to get it cleaned. These people used a pressure gun and shorted the electrical systems in the engine.
Damaging over €4K of equipment overall. Was not compensated, no sign of a refund, not even an apology.
I had to take responsibility as a POA and take care of the vehicle before it would of had to been scrapped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been getting my car washed here my entire tour and they don’t disappoint at all. Got my PCS cleaning here and they took it on short notice. I took it to the VPC and passed without any issue. They are extremely friendly and super helpful.
