★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicamente davvero nulla da dire...umanamente un po'meno. Abbiamo lasciato una macchina da lavare che in effetti era molto sporca (non l'avremmo portata in un lavaggio altrimenti), quando siamo andati a ritirarla siamo stati accolti da un dipendente che si è ampiamente lamentato ( vi garantisco che seppur sporca l'auto non era impossibile...mio Dio) e che ci ha condotti 'a giudizio' da un titolare davvero poco gentile e con concreti problemi di comunicazione.
Se mai doveste decidere di utilizzare i servizi di questo autolavaggio ricordatevi di pulirla prima di andare per non ritrovarvi ad essere 'bacchettati' pubblicamente da un borioso anziano che aimè crede di essere uno stretto parente di qualche divinità.
Consiglio per il titolare...se vuole garantire un certo tipo di servizio crei una scheda cliente e formi e assuma un addetto al frontoffice...cosi magari, i clienti che arrivano
Sapranno a chi rivolgersi e magari verranno informati del sistema proporzionale delle tariffe oltre che poter lasciare il proprio numero!;
Technically really nothing to say ... humanly a little less. We left a washing machine which was actually very dirty (we would not have taken it to a wash otherwise), when we went to collect it we were greeted by an employee who complained widely (I guarantee you that even if the car is dirty it was impossible ... my God) and that led us 'to judgment' by a very unkind owner and with concrete communication problems.
If you ever decide to use the services of this car wash, remember to clean it before you go so as not to find yourself publicly 'beaten' by an arrogant old man who alas believes he is a close relative of some deity.
Advice for the owner ... if you want to guarantee a certain type of service, create a customer card and train and hire a front office employee ... so maybe, the customers who arrive
They will know who to contact and maybe they will be informed of the proportional tariff system as well as being able to leave their number !;
