Preventivato da loro un intervento di 2 ore quando da altro meccanico è stato eseguito, successivamente, in 20 minuti, per questo devo riscontrare anche una certa incompetenza. Attenzione!

Il capo meccanico ha esaminato il motore per un massimo di 5 minuti e ci ha detto che non poteva ripararlo. Abbiamo parcheggiato e la società di servizi ha portato l'auto in Germania. Oggi riceviamo una fattura di 100 € per la diagnosi, più una tassa di deposito, anche se ci ha detto che sarebbe stato gratuito nel parcheggio. Che disonestà!
Following a breakdown on the motorway, the service department took us back to this garage on a Friday afternoon. The chief mechanic examined the engine for up to 5 minutes and told us he couldn't fix it. We parked and the service company took the car to Germany. Mi sono rivolta a loro dopo un soccorso stradale e a seguito della nausea causatami da una officina autorizzata Ford la cui mancata organizzazione mi stava facendo impazzire per un semplice tagliando. Ho chiamato loro e sono riuscita a tagliandare la macchina in due giorni senza problemi. Grazie.
Let's say that unfortunately those who do their job with abundance, conscience and attention to others, are becoming a white fly. I turned to them after a breakdown and nausea caused me by a Ford authorized workshop whose failure to organize was driving me crazy for a simple service.
