★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale dovrebbe essere un po' piu' ben disposto ed educato. Ovviamente il servizio e' utile...ma un sorriso aiuta a rendere le giornate piu' leggere anche a chi sta dietro al vetro aspettando fine-mese.
 The staff should be a little more willing and polite. Obviously the service is useful ... but a smile helps to make the days lighter even for those behind the glass waiting for the end of the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo fare un passaggio di proprietà, giovedì 13 agosto 2020 telefono per sapere se il giorno 14 agosto 2020 gli uffici fossero aperti ma nessuno rispondeva tranne la segreteria telefonica che indicava gli orari settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì essendo venerdì il giorno dopo parto da Tarvisio e mi reco a Udine in viale Tricesimo ufficio ACI e scopro che gli detti uffici erano chiusi, fermo qui il mio racconto e lascio a voi i commenti io ne ho già fatto tanti. È possibile che questa gente continua prendere in giro il pubblico????
Having to make a change of ownership, on Thursday 13 August 2020 I telephone to know if the offices were open on 14 August 2020 but no one answered except the answering machine which indicated the weekly hours from Monday to Friday being Friday the day after I leave Tarvisio and I I go to Udine in Viale Tricesimo ACI office and I discover that the said offices were closed, I stop my story here and I leave you the comments I have already made many. Is it possible that these people keep making fun of the public ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sempre mi sono rivolto a questo ufficio per pratiche auto di tutta la famiglia, per le patenti e per la licenza ACI Sport. Ho sempre trovato professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia da parte di tutti.
Quando leggo di lamentele, le circostanzierei al fatto che una buona fetta di clientela è prevenuta non appena varca la soglia di un ufficio pubblico. Ed è la stessa utenza che si presenta a pagare il bollo l'ultimo giorno utile lamentandosi se trova un mare di persone in coda...
I have always turned to this office for car practices for the whole family, for driving licenses and for the ACI Sport license. I have always found professionalism, availability and courtesy from everyone.
When I read about complaints, I would point them out to the fact that a good share of customers are prevented as soon as they cross the threshold of a public office. And it is the same user who shows up to pay the stamp on the last useful day complaining if he finds a sea of people in the queue ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una lunga attesa per compiere il mio dovere di automobilista (pagare la tassa di proprietà),evidentemente ci sarà stata chissà qualche inconveniente tecnico (nessuno degli addetti agli uffici avvertiva i problemi che esistevano). Alla fine (circa 45 minuti) ho abbandonato e così alcuni stanchi dell",attesa) sono/siamo defilato. Domani andrò in una tabaccheria a pagare questo balzello. Il punteggio metto il minuto perché non sono rimasto soddisfatto.
I waited a long time to fulfill my duty as a motorist (to pay the property tax), obviously there must have been some technical problem (none of the office workers felt the problems that existed). In the end (about 45 minutes) I quit and so some tired of waiting) are / we are out of the way. Tomorrow I will go to a tobacconist's to pay this tax. They make untrue quotes I will certainly not use them for changes of ownership. Wrong estimate of 50 euros.
