Innanzitutto l'officina è pulita, ordinata e ben organizzata. Il personale è molto professionale e gentile e l'assistenza che offre ai clienti è impeccabile; preventivi giusti (anzi rispetto ad un altro preventivo rilasciato da altra officina anche più basso), rapidità e organizzazione massima nella gestione degli interventi. Messaggi di promemoria per gli appuntamenti e chiamate telefoniche do aggiornamento sui lavoro. Consiglio a tutti per ogni necessità. Al momento del ritiro la macchina viene lavata e risanata. Parto e purtroppo quando sono al lavoro mi accorgo che la chiusura centralizzata ha un problema (chiude tutte le porte ma non quella del guidatore). Si organizzano e mi mandano un autista che ritira la macchina, la riporta in officina, la riparano e la portano prima dell'orario prefissato. Che dire.... bravissimi, gentilissimi e puntuali soprattutto! "spero" per ovvi motivi di non ritornare... ma se capitasse di nuovo... carclinic tutta la vita! Se casomai ne avessi ancora bisogno un domani tornerò dal mio caro vecchio carrozziere di quartiere... Però non è mancata la disponibilità del personale. Unfortunate experience ... Lavoro di verniciatura ben eseguito ma la convergenza e la campanatura, nonostante avessi subito un urto sull’anteriore destro, non sono state eseguite, come invece mi era stato promesso in primo appuntamento. Mi è stata consegnata l’auto, la quale per andare dritta richiedeva che tenessi sterzato il volante. Ho dovuto provvedere a mie spese presso altro centro che ha riscontrato e sistemato il problema.
