In più si sono attivati per aiutarmi nella risoluzione dei problemi insorti con l'assicurazione anche se non faceva parte dei loro lavoro. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza non è stata positiva,verniciatura parziale del cofano (quando doveva essere fatto tutto e sostituzione faro),cofano non allineato con il resto della carrozzeria. Quindi lavoro approssimativo auto entrata in officina pulita, consegnata sporchissima piena di puntini bianchi che ho fatto fatica a rimuovere.
Che dire, a mio parere c'è tanto da migliorare. Nota positiva, l'officina e ben attrezzata e dispone di una vettura di cortesia.
Ps: non risulta nessuna fattura a mio nome perché a pagare è stata un assicurazione di un negozio.
My experience was not positive, partial painting of the hood (when everything had to be done and headlight replacement), hood not aligned with the rest of the body. So rough work car entered the workshop clean, very dirty delivered full of white dots that I struggled to remove.
What can I say, in my opinion there is a lot to improve. Positive note, the workshop is well equipped and has a courtesy car.
Ps: there is no invoice in my name because it was a shop insurance that paid.
