★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo sposati il 2/10/2021 e ci siamo recati da Capuzzi per l'abito da sposo. Il vestito, camicia e scarpe sono stati consegnati tre giorni prima di sposarci con camicia da lavare e stirare (servizio non previsto, ma senza nessuna accortezza dei tempi stretti di consegna). La sera prima del matrimonio mentre tutti erano a cena, io e mio marito ci siamo ritrovati a casa della sarta a cercare di recuperare un errore di sartoria e oggi ci ritroviamo con un Corneliani che ha i pantaloni con le tasche chiuse. Ho atteso fino ad oggi, ma da parte del titolare non c'è stata nemmeno una chiamata di scuse o una chiamata per accordarsi a recuperare il pantalone del Corneliani ormai danneggiato, a differenza della commessa e della sarta che si sono rese disponibili fin da subito (le 2 stelle vanno solo ed esclusivamente a loro).
Fatta questa premessa, come può migliorare Capuzzi moda? Sicuramente suggerisco al titolare e a un commesso che inizialmente mi ha risposto che ormai non c'era tempo per risolvere il problema di approfondire il Customer Care, di trovare soluzioni fattibili ai problemi che possono verificarsi e non ulteriori problemi.
We got married on 2/10/2021 and went to Capuzzi for the groom's suit. The dress, shirt and shoes were delivered three days before getting married with a shirt to be washed and ironed (service not provided, but without any attention to the tight delivery times). The night before the wedding while everyone was at dinner, my husband and I met at the seamstress's house to try to make up for a tailoring mistake and today we find ourselves with a Corneliani who has pants with closed pockets. I waited until today, but from the owner there was not even an apology or a call to agree to recover the damaged Corneliani trousers, unlike the saleswoman and the seamstress who made themselves available immediately. (the 2 stars go exclusively to them).
Having said that, how can Capuzzi fashion improve? I certainly suggest to the owner and to a salesman who initially replied that there was no time to solve the problem by deepening the Customer Care, to find feasible solutions to the problems that may occur and not further problems.
