★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente PESSIMA per l'assistenza!ho portato a riparare una lavazza a modo mio ,visto che ha detta loro il tecnico l'avrebbe riparata nel giro di una settimana ......invece se la sono tenuta tre settimane per riportarmela con un pezzo di nastro con scritto su"non riparabile"....... ora ...io monto mobili....non sono "TECNICO"....eppure comprata una guarnizione da 10 euro su internet me la sono riparata da solo.....consiglio mio ....1 km più avanti c'e ne un altro che magari ha piu voglia di lavorare.........andate lì
Really VERY bad for the assistance! I took to repair a lavazza in my own way, since he told them the technician would have repaired it within a week ...... instead I kept it three weeks to bring it back with a piece of tape with writing on "not repairable" ....... now ... I assemble furniture .... I am not "TECHNICIAN" .... yet I bought a 10 euro gasket on the internet I repaired it alone ..... my advice .... 1 km further there is another who perhaps has more desire to work ......... go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ci fornisco ormai da anni per le cialde caffitaly, sempre cordiali e sorridenti. Sempre pronti a proporre nuove cialde quando escono sul mercato. Piccolo neo sull assistenza ma ho capito che era gestita la cosa da altro riparatore.
I have been providing myself for years with caffitaly pods, always friendly and smiling. Always ready to offer new pods when they come to the market. Small mole on assistance but I realized that it was handled by another repairer.
