★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia fantastica. Siamo stati seguiti benissimo dal primo momento in cui siamo entrati: dopo aver spiegato i nostri desideri, Erika ci ha mostrato varie possibilità chiarendo con gentilezza ogni nostro dubbio o curiosità.
In questo periodo, inoltre, non è facile viaggiare, ma grazie a loro è stato tutto più semplice: si sono occupate di tutta la documentazione ordinaria e quella extra legata all’emergenza sanitaria (tamponi, dplf, check-in on line a/r) permettendoci di goderci la vacanza senza preoccupazioni.
Fantastic agency. We were looked after very well from the first moment we entered: after having explained our wishes, Erika showed us various possibilities, kindly clarifying all our doubts or curiosities.
In this period, moreover, it is not easy to travel, but thanks to them everything was easier: they took care of all the ordinary and extra documentation related to the health emergency (tampons, dplf, online check-in a / r ) allowing us to enjoy the holiday without worries.

Fin da subito Sabrina è stata super disponibile ed è riuscita ad esaudire tutte le nostre richieste. Nonostante non fosse un periodo facile per organizzare un viaggio è stata impeccabile e durante il soggiorno è sempre stata “reperibile” e di supporto affinché tutto andasse nel migliore dei modi..e così è stato! La Lapponia è stata indimenticabile..anche grazie a lei!

We turned to Capricci Viaggi for our honeymoon and it was the winning choice! Right from the start Sabrina was super helpful and managed to fulfill all our requests. Although it was not an easy time to organize a trip, it was flawless and during the stay she was always "available" and supportive so that everything went in the best way .. and it did! Lapland was unforgettable… thanks to her too!

Traveling in Covid time has been very challenging due to the bureaucracy and the speed of the change in rules.
